If you are new to Pilates Reformer, getting ready to join a group class, looking after injuries or want to take your program to the next level. You are required to take a private session this private session is just for YOU. Great place to start

Lisa Rancan will create a personalised Pilates Reformer exercise program, just for you. Strengthen, tone, increase bone density and flexibility. Your program will have you safely using the Pilates Reformer machine whilst you perform the exercises. Building confidence and fitness, get ready to join a small group class or stay with private 1:1 training.

Pilates Reformer group exercise classes, you will strengthen, tone and firm your body. Increase bone density and flexibility. Lisa will be guiding you through her signature style, whilst checking your form.  The group class will flow, with modifications given. you’ll work every muscle and finish with a fabulous stretch, it will be fun too!

All new clients require a 1:1 OR  join a beginner group class.

  • Yes , all new clients are required to have a 1:1 session, before joining a group class. I get to know your body and it’s abilities and you get to know me.

  • Yes, absolutely! Pilates was designed by a man “Joseph Pilates”

    We welcome and encourage men to attend, I teach tri-athletes, surfers, soccer players, golfers and the non-sporty guy.

    My style of teaching Men is different to teaching ladies. I receive feedback that my sessions are challenging, and work their muscles in different ways activating their deep stabilising core muscles and increasing their flexibility.

    Start your own “Men’s Pilates Group class”

  • I teach a small group of 4 in the class, some clients will need modifications, don’t worry you won’t get left behind, as the class will flow. We start with some great stretches you will work your whole body and then we finish off with stretches.

  • Yes, this works well as your first group class will cover all the essential Pilates exercises and principles. Then I build up the repertoire of Pilates exercises. Coming in a group is fun and makes you accountable.
