Pilates Reformer (Beginners)
First time client, gain technique and principles of Pilates on the Reformer
Combine controlled movements with resistance of the pulleys and springs on the reformer machine.
Slow flowing class, focus on strength, flexibility, toning
You can continue to enjoy this style of class or build strength and fitness to move into the next level.
Pilates Reformer (Intermediate)
Next level of Pilates Reformer, this style of class will require a higher level of fitness and strength.
The routines will be more challenging and complex. The jump board will be used in some classes, which is low impact - great for cardio and bone strength.
You will need to have attended as a regular, not suitable for beginners or if you have existing injuries.
Pilates Reformer - Men’s Class
Men’s group class with a different dynamic
Increases strength, flexibility and overall fitness.
A basic level of fitness required, if you’re unsure contact Lisa SMS 0414 762 922.
If you are new to Pilates Reformer, you will benefit from a private session before joining the group class.
Pilates Reformer - Private 1:1 Class
Before joining a group class, a private 1:1 is required.
Why? For your safety, a 1:1 will give you an understanding of the Pilates Machine and the Pilates principles and exercises. Bring a friend, always more fun with a friend, to join your session.
We get to know each other and I can check your ability and strength whilst you’re performing the exercises.
If you wish to continue with private sessions, we will work together with a personalised program to reach your goals.

Lisa has designed this great combo class, so get ready to have fun!
Increase your endorphins, improve cardiovascular health, and burn calories.
Spin bike = 15 mins moving to a Pilates machine with weights for sculpting, strength and toning.
All bikes have padded gel seats so you’ll need your trainers, grip socks, water and towel.
