Pilates Reformer Dynamic Scuplt Class

You will use the Pilates Machine for all Pilates foundation exercises, then added to this you will be using hand weights for Upper body Sculpt/Strength/Toning and Bone density, this is an up tempo class, get ready to sweat!

Wednesdays 6.30am, 7.30am and Saturdays 7am and 9am

Our Classes

Pilates Reformer

Our Pilates Reformer classes cater to all fitness levels. The beginner class focuses on Pilates fundamentals, using the reformer to build strength, flexibility, and toning at a slower pace. After completing around ten beginner classes, you can progress to the beginner/intermediate level, which offers a moderate challenge with exercises modified for safety. The intermediate class is more advanced, requiring good fitness and strength, with complex exercises and the use of the jump board for cardio and bone strength.

Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene, available for purchase at the studio.

Pilates Reformer Dynamic Sculpt

Pilates Reformer classes combine the best of both workouts for a full-body challenge. The class starts with Pilates reformer classic foundation exercises. Then hand weights are added for strength, sculpting toning and bone density. You will be on and off the Pilates Reformer Machine and each class you attend will have different routines to keep you challenged. It's perfect for those looking to improve strength and conditioning. You will get a sweat up!

Bring your Grip socks, towel and water.

* If you are looking after a frozen shoulder/tennis or golf elbow sorry this class won’t be suitable. Bring grip socks, water, and towel.

Boot Scootin’ Line Dancing

Grab your boots and get ready to move! Lisa will bring you a fun-filled line dancing experience . We have a NEW Beginners Class, you will learn the fundamentals and beginner routines. Each class is simple, easy to follow, and guaranteed to leave you smiling. Every week you’ll learn new steps and add to your routines, building confidence while having a great time with others. Come and try one class $35, we recommend you join the 8 week course for steady progress. Two venues: Warriewood SLSC Hall and Mona Vale, Memorial Hall, 1 Park Street Mona Vale. Trial classes January 14,21 & 28 then Course starts Feb 4th - March 25

Are you new to Pilates Reformer?
We love introducing new members & want you to have the best experience. 

We recommend you join a Beginners Group Class for your safety & so I know your body. 

In this class you will be taught how to use the machine, the Pilates principles, breathing, control connection and incorporating the Classic exercises. 

Alternatively, you can book in a private 1:1 session before participating in a group class so you get the most out of your session.
