Pilates Reformer
Our Pilates Reformer classes cater to all fitness levels. The beginner class focuses on Pilates fundamentals, using the reformer to build strength, flexibility, and toning at a slower pace. After completing around ten beginner classes, you can progress to the beginner/intermediate level, which offers a moderate challenge with exercises modified for safety. The intermediate class is more advanced, requiring good fitness and strength, with complex exercises and the use of the jump board for cardio and bone strength.
Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene, available for purchase at the studio.
Our Classes
Spin + Pilates Reformer
Our Spin + Pilates Reformer classes combine the best of both workouts for a full-body challenge. The beginner class starts with 15 minutes of indoor cycling, followed by a Pilates reformer session with weights for sculpting and toning. It's perfect for those new to both activities and looking to improve cardiovascular health, burn calories, and have fun.
The intermediate class is more intense, with 25 minutes of cycling followed by a Pilates reformer session for strength and toning. Both classes are not suitable for injuries. Remember to bring your trainers, grip socks, water, and towel. All bikes have padded gel seats for comfort.
Outdoor Ladies Training
Enjoy the beautiful outdoors at Hunter Park Balmoral with a class suitable for all fitness levels. This functional resistance training and sculpting session focuses on improving overall fitness, toning, strength, and bone density. You'll engage in a variety of exercises using equipment like hand weights, booty bands, and Pilates balls, designed to enhance your workout and deliver great results.
Participants are required to bring their own mat, 2kg hand weights, booty band, and Pilates ball. For equipment purchase, text Lisa at 0414 762 922. In the event of unsuitable weather, indoor sessions will be held instead, ensuring you can still get a great workout no matter the conditions.

Are you new to Pilates Reformer?
We love introducing new members & want you to have the best experience.
We recommend you join a Beginners Group Class for your safety & so I know your body.
In this class you will be taught how to use the machine, the Pilates principles, breathing, control connection and incorporating the Classic exercises.
Alternatively, you can book in a private 1:1 session before participating in a group class so you get the most out of your session.
